Arrived in the dark and my first time in Ipswich. I had a bit of a nightmare finding the hotel (not the hotels fault of course), but once found parking was available and it was in a great location for my needs.
Room was clean and comfortable and break fact in the morning OK. Buffet style, limited choice, but plenty of food available.
Parking was £5 for 24 hours which I felt was reasonable and I left my vehicle in the car park even after checkout.
Will certainly stay again

The location of this Travel Lodge is excellent ; the room despite being very small and more suitable for one person was clean but unfortunately my experience was not good.
My friend and I were allocated room *** which is at the front side of the road and it was extremely noisy from the road traffic.
We ordered a pizza on the Friday night we arrived and it was a disaster. The pizza looked like something a two year old would have made. We complained and returned the uneaten pizza and was told that no manager was available to deal with our complaint but we should be able to get a refund the following day. On the following day we were advised that the staff member should have refunded us the money and that the manager could not deal with our complaint a day later.
It was a shame as this really spoiled our weekend.
