Convenient location - not on the main street but close by. Rooms were spacious, clean - carpets were a bit dated. Hot Breakfast was decent but quite run of the mill
We saw a few deer on the property, that was fun

Quiet and convenient spot to all shopping and restaurants. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. The room rooms were clean and spacious and very comfortable. This is always our go to when we visit Fredericksburg.
