    First day there my room was disgusting I debated on staying and after a few hours I just couldn't because it was cockroach infested and dirty I go downstairs to try and get my money back but there was no one in the office the phone that said to call on for after hours don't bother because they won't answer I finally found a manager and she couldn't give me my money back because I paid with card they would mail it I'm still waiting after 5 mos I used their address because I don't have an address at this time it's been a headache will never recommend this hotel ever to anyone I have never been so disgusted with any hotel like I have this one and I have more than one reason I was leaving abusive relationship and was told I should of paid with card instead of cash well when you leave someone you don't always have a card with you I was lucky to have cash and now I'm still homeless with no money that I paid for the hotel with and it's been way too long called the head office and they were just as bad I advised anywhere but there
