It’s in a good location, very close to the SeaTac airport. It’s a bit noisy though, as you hear both the road noise (it’s on a busy major street) and the airplane noise. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Overall a good value.

The hotel is new with an apartment style & pretty good facilities in the room, but we do not recommend due to several reasons - the wall’s insulation is horrible like a motel. We stayed for 2 nights and had hard time to sleep for both nights because of all the noise from the rooms next to us. First night, the room on our right side had dog kept barking until around 1AM until we had to finally call security. Second night, the room on our right side kept making noise until morning. We talked to the manager in the morning and requested for late check out as we couldn’t sleep, but the manager was so rude and told us not to use the noise excuse to request late check out. The bed in the room looks pretty new but keeps making squeaky noise everytime we move. Also they didn’t refill out the shampoo & conditioner even we already made request, fortunately we brought some extra shampoo & conditioner from home. Lastly the issue with the digital key system they use (they don’t provide room’s key card at all), there’re numerous times when we couldn’t open the doors, not only our room’s door but also the connecting doors all around the facilities. We had to keep restarting their app for their digital key to make it worked. As for our room’s door, the battery went bad so we got locked out of our room, and had to wait for the maintenance to fix it. We wanted to have good and relaxing family vacation in this hotel, but we ended up dealing with all these frustrating issues. We will not come back and will not recommend to stay at this hotel. There are many other better hotel options in Las Vegas with good facilities & service.
