We booked this hotel simply for its location. 15 minute walk from the hotel to the train station.
Stayed in a suite, very spacious with a lounge, office, bedroom and two bathrooms! Very good for the price!
The bed was a superking and not two pushed together, but very soft!
We didn’t have breakfast so I can’t comment.
The pool looked very nice, but again didn’t use it.
The hotel was very quiet, only saw a few other guests in the four nights we stayed.
We would defiantly book again and have as our base when visiting Basingstoke.

Good for the money, improvements required at brasserie, not enough food out and items completely depleted, had to wait for breakfast items to be cooked, poor management and supervision. However when food did arrive was very tasty! Staff were trying but seemed short staffed. if this is dealt with would really make a better experience for customers. I would still book as was good value luckily we were not in a big rush.

Nice size room but TV didn't work and staff had no interest in helping/solving the problem. After long day TV to keep the children quiet and settled is all a parent wants! Breakfast not worth the money!
