Beautiful hotel We had an issue with the room and the girl in hijab on reception ( sorry don’t know her name) was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble for her. She changed our room and really understood my concerns. Young guy in the restaurant was amazing too. We are currently here and really happy with our stay.

Excellent accomodation in Bern. With free day pass for public transport.you can stay here and go around Bern for free. Love it so much☺️🙏🏻

If you're planning a trip to Bern, the location is convenient as the tram stop is nearby, which is great for getting around locally. However, the hotel service was extremely disappointing, especially one staff member named MARCO, who had absolutely no manners or sense of responsibility. I slipped on the floor outside the sauna, and there was no protection or slip mat placed there a clear safety hazard. Even though the incident was clearly visible on the security camera, no action was taken. I managed to get changed with great difficulty and went down to the reception for help. Marco simply said, "I’m alone today, I can’t do anything." There was no first aid or medical kit available either. When I asked for an extra pillow to place under my injured foot, he said the entire hotel had no extra pillows because they were “fully booked.” I also requested some kind of medical incident form or record, but was told, This is not done in Switzerland. It’s only done in London." I honestly don't understand how this hotel is being run. To make up for it, he offered us free breakfast for the next day — but we were already scheduled to leave at 5 AM, and our tickets were booked. It felt like they were doing us a favor we didn’t even ask for, while our holiday was already affected by their negligence. A very poor experience overall.
