Location. Room quiet, airy and comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast.
Check-in process is poorly explained in the booking emails and the software is difficult to negotiate. Also didn't work for some people I tried to help

Breakfast was very poor, on my third morning I didn't even bother. But the room was excellent, and the location suited me perfectly, close enough to town to walk but out in the suburbs among real people.
Breakfast. The cooked items were not very nice, everything else was a bit underwhelming. I liked the yogurt.

Needs to be noted that no parking close by. May be lucky to find free "blue line" spot. Given the price could have been better.
