We stayed for one night. The room is spacious and clean, with great view of the River Tay and bridge. Staff are nice and helpful. The included breakfast is fine, not a lot of choices but fair enough. Location is close to central with lots of restaurants, also close to river for a relax riverside walk. Highly recommended for staying in Perth.

Stayed for one night while participating in the nearby ArTay exhibition. The hotel was perfectly situated for the town centre , riverside walks and all of Perth’s attractions. Our room overlooked the river and the hotel garden. The room was quiet, clean, very comfortable and spacious with a huge en suite bathroom. We had our dog with us and staff couldn’t have been more accommodating, setting up a table just outside the dining room (where understandably dogs aren’t allowed) so we didn’t have to leave her in the room when we ate. They even had a doggy breakfast waiting for her! Food was very good. We opted to have high tea in the hotel - tasty and very substantial
