The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable with good AC and a large bed, and everything you could need (some toiletries: shower gel, cap, shampoo & water/juice in fridge, with coffee machine).
The location is good, but keep in mind it’s a 25 minute walk to the station - easily done. Close to lots of shops, bars, restaurants in the town (c. 10 minutes walk).
Didn’t notice the noise that other reviews have mentioned, but it is near to a hospital.
The host Cristian was spectacular, he helped us with any issues, was extremely responsive and truly professional.
To enter the property you have a digital key - you need a mobile phone with internet to open the doors. This worked well, but it does require phone battery and access to WiFi or mobile data so it is something to keep in mind.

Access to the rooms, helpful staff, very good decoration of the room
if you are coming with a car, having the gate remote and going to the parking space which is 30 meter on the opposite side of the street can be a bit challenging but nevertheless the owner is always helpful
