It's a very pleasant small pension with friendly staff and excellent location. I like it that the snow-covered top of Watmann is right there when you look up and you can bask in the sun the whole afternoon in the courtyard if you want. A stream with crystal-clear water flows in front of the hotel from across the road. The restaurant for breakfast is a bit crowded but cozy.

Fast answers to questions. Very nice staff. Even after checkout we were allowed to let our car park there. Our additional wishes like an early checkout were all being taken care of. Amazing location when going to Watzmann.
The bathroom smelled like chlorine and mold. The bathroom was very humid and so was the entire room. Even the towels had that wet smell. The mattress is done and should have been exchanged.
