    Great location and renovations mean the hotel also looks great. The gym is small but quiet so great for a quick workout and th sauna was amazing Rooms are well equipped

    Staff is very friendly and accommodating. They helped us with an early check-in and late check-out. I surprised my wife with the Valentines package on the second day and they were able to set up everything before we got back for the day. They have reusable water bottles we can borrow as well, which was very nice. The location is fantastic, close to public transport and plenty of food options. We really enjoyed our stay here.

    I am sure once renovated this hotel will be beautiful. The bedrooms are lovely, although tiny which is pretty standard in Paris, but the hotel should not be operating whilst the current renovation is happening, it is not 4 star. £700 for 3 nights on a building site is not ok. There are no communal areas, the lobby was under construction with workmen waking us up extremely early (there was a ladder placed and used outside our bedroom window from 8am) There were also multiple issues with our room booking (not enough beds) that required us to move rooms twice, staff weren’t overly helpful in resolving this and at one point even tried to charge us to move into the room we had clearly already booked. Once complete, I do think this will be a lovely hotel, shame we didn’t get to experience it or that we were not advised about its current condition - the pictures on booking websites & instagram are clearly what it will look like, certainly not what it is now
