    They took the deposit on our arrival and we still haven’t got it back. It’s been more than two weeks since we checked out.

    I need to deposit 50€ at hotel. Its been 4 days. My money has not back tell. I mail to hotel. And I got reply may be one month later I Will get back my money. Its terrible

    This hotel is located in the 11th arrondisement, which is not too far from where the major tourist spots are. I like the shops around this hotel. The hotel itself is nice. The staff was helpful and friendly as well. The hotel room I stayed in was clean. One thing I didn't like though was the bathroom glass door. I couldn't close the door completely for some reason. So the door was just ajar everytime I used the bathroom. Also, the bath towels didn't smell fresh to me. They look cleaned, but I just didn't like the smell. Overall, I'd still recommend this hotel. My advise is that if you noticed something wrong, just tell the hotel staff so that they can address the issue.
