I have stayed here multiple times and enjoy the location (on the 1 line at Gard de Lyon). The breakfast is great and when I first started to stay here the staff were amazing. The last 2 times I have stayed here the staff (half of them) were very subpar. The last time I was there the guy checking me in didn't even acknowledge my presence, he just went through the motions, and when I would come back to the hotel he wouldn't even say bonjour. The rooms and the showers are very small so don't expect a lot of room.
