Out from station, cross main road, hotel in front off main road, safe to walk. Room very clean, and 24 hours free coffee and tea.

The staff who really good and kind to share the info on where to eat(Muslim recommended),advise us to be more careful on the pick pocket.The hotel is clean,and just 200m from the Brussel train stn where all the connection public transport is there(bus,metro,tram,Eurostar)

Stayed in January during below-zero temperatures and there was **no** hot water in the room for the entire first night, which is completely unacceptable in winter conditions. When this was reported to staff, they only replied “sorry” in a very insincere way and promised it would be fixed within an hour, but nothing was actually done and the problem continued. This left us unable to shower or wash properly after travelling, and raised obvious health and safety concerns given the outside temperature. When attempting to seek help through Agoda, including asking about compensation or a refund, the hotel manager ignored Agoda’s attempts to contact them and tried to push away all responsibility. Because the manager refused to cooperate, Agoda was also unable to take any effective action to resolve our immediate needs, which made the whole situation even more stressful. Overall, the lack of hot water, the false promises from staff, and the refusal of management to engage with Agoda show that this property does not care about guest welfare or basic standards, and I would not recommend staying here.
