We spent two night here and everything was great. The room was clean and very cozy, with everything you need for s short stay. The instructions on how to get there were sent to us on the day of arrival and easy to follow. The breakfast were delicious with a relatively large selection. The surroundings were also really beautiful. I recommend.

The building is authentic, it is located in beautiful and quiet surroundings. The property owner communicated very effectively and was there to assist us late in the evening very quickly. Would have loved to stay longer and enjoy.

We had a spacious room and the location was good and close to Bologna. The building is interesting and has historical associations. We got a good deal so I would consider it value for money due to the interesting building and spacious room.
The directions and check-in instructions were long and confusing.
We did not know where to find the pool and had to ask for directions.
When checking into our room there was a used coffee cup on the bed table and the toilet was full of cleaning chemicals still.
The two sofa beds in our room were dated and very uncomfortable. They are not appropriate for sleeping.
The soap in the shower was awful. Cheap and poor smell.
