L'emplacement est idéal proche du port et des commodités, un grand plus pour le petit jardinet ensoleillé en début de journée qui nous a permis de déjeuner en extérieur.
Un peu froid dans l'appartement, mais c'est lié aux températures printanières.

Appartement fonctionnel, bien équipé, confortable et très bien situé pour visiter à pied Dives, Cabourg et Houlgate. Place de parking réservé devant l'immeuble très appréciable, même si des places gratuites étaient disponibles dans la rue. Cadre très agreable. Calme malgré la situation au rez-de-chaussée. Très satisfaite.
