Immeuble situé à 100 m de la mer. Manifique plage propice aux promenades, pêche aux coques.
L'appartement est en effet refait à neuf, cuisine comprise. Tout les équipements éléctroménager sont récents, et de qualité.
L'appartement est très calme, sont accès par l'asenceur lui confère un confort supplémentaire. La terrasse équipée complète cette location que nous conseillons sans réserve.

la location très propre, très bien équipée, situé tout près de la plage, lumineuse, mais à l'abris du soleil direct, sans vis à vis. Nous y avons séjourné une semaine (9-16 juillet 2022) avec notre petite fille de 4 ans, sa soeur de 2 ans y a dormi deux nuits, dans un lit parapluie faisant partie de l'équipement de l'appart, la chaise haute y est également. l'environnement très agréable, beaucoup de choix d'activités proposées par la ville de Cabourg ou par d'autres organismes

Die Ferienwohnung ist in einem außerordentlich gut gepflegten Zustand. Die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben sehr selten eine so saubere Küche vorgefunden. Für uns als Selbstversorger und Hobbykoch ist dies wichtig.
Eine kleine Einschränkung stellt das fehlende WLAN dar, aber mit einen entsprechenden Datentarif ist das einfach zu überbrücken.
Wir würden wirklich gerne wiederkommen.
