Very pleasant, perfectly equipped and ground floor cottage just 9 km from a beach of landing Utah Beach.
Visit this inviting cottage, which has to offer you a large kitchen, bright living rooms and a porch. Enjoy the peace and privacy, as well as the cozy interior. Make meals together with your company, enjoy them on the porch or in the modern dining room.
Here you are located in a very quiet residential area and it is only 3 minutes walk to the historic city center. It is located in Sainte-Mère-Eglise, the famous site of an episode of the Battle of Normandy. A 7-minute walk takes you to the Airborne Museum and D-Day Battler Towers away. The Cité de la mer in Cherbourg is something for the whole family, and the Vauban Towers and Ile de Tatihou can be found 27 km away, where you can cross the island on foot. Further south you can reach Mont-Saint-Michel and the sandy beaches of Utah Beach, Quinéville and to the west the wild dune beaches of Barneville or Port-Bail. You can visit the famous Bayeux Tapestry in less than 45 minutes drive via Omaha Beach and Point du Hoc. Forest Adventure, 20 km away, with its tree climbing and zip lines, will delight young and old alike. Ideal for the whole family.
