Cocoonr offers you this charming, south-facing, air-conditioned 66 m² duplex apartment for rent in Barneville-Carteret. It sleeps up to 8 people.
Work will be carried out on the building's facade until June 2026. Slight nuisance may be experienced during the day.
Located on the 4th floor (no lift), it comprises a bright, attractive living room with a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bath. We're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 66 m² living room with sofa and dining area
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A bathroom with bath and WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (140x200)
- Bedroom 2: with 1 king-size bed (180x200) and an umbrella bed
- Bedroom 3: with 2 single beds that can be pushed together to form a king-size bed (180×200)
- Shower room with sea view
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, fan.
Exterior:
A 2 m² balcony (1 m x 2 m), to make the most of fine weather.
The duplex is ideally located in Barneville-Carteret, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- Grande Plage de Barneville, 3 min by car and 10 min on foot
- Carteret lighthouse, 15 minutes' drive away
- Hatainville dunes
- Cap de Carteret
- Cotentin Tourist Train
