For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, fan.
Exterior:
A 2 m² balcony (1 m x 2 m), to make the most of fine weather.
The duplex is ideally located in Barneville-Carteret, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
