What surprised me was that check-in starts at 5 p.m., which is quite late. At my request, the host allowed us to come earlier to leave our suitcases (for which I’m very grateful) and mentioned that check-in would be from 3 p.m. However, the cleaning took longer than expected, and we were still only able to check in at 5.
Overall, the apartment is bright, spacious, and cozy. It was clean after the cleaning, has sufficient kitchen utensils, feels comfortable, and includes two bathrooms.
One of the bathrooms appears to be a converted closet, with no free space at all beyond the installed toilet and shower, which makes it practically unusable, as it’s impossible to turn around inside.
In addition, we found bedding from previous guests left hanging on the drying rack in the room, which felt unacceptable. I ended up drying it in the dryer and folding it onto the shelves — not the kind of thing you expect to be doing in a rented apartment.
Moreover, the wardrobes contain a lot of miscellaneous clutter and spare parts, both in the room and in the kitchen.
At the end of our stay, without asking whether everything had been satisfactory, the host asked us to leave a 10-star rating, saying he needed it for his rating.
