La proximité avec la gare de Cergy Saint Christophe, et aussi un grand nombre de magasins aux alentours (pharmacie, boulangerie...).

La proximité des commerces,
Le quartier,
La réactivité du propriétaire en cas de besoin.
Le canapé lit est à changer,
Les chaises,
La baignoire est trop haute,
Mettre un isolant acoustique contre les bruits du voisinage
