L’emplacement au centre d’habitation honfleur et le côté vintage de l’appartement
La salle de bain. La poignet de la salle de bain non fixée, l’écoulement du lavabo très lente ainsi que la douche eg le pommeau horizontal de la douche qui ne fonctionnait pas correctement. Le manque d’isolation phonique ou on entendait les pas des hôtes de l’étage du dessus simplement marcher et pour fini le manque de luminosité de la pièce lié à la proximité du bâtiment .

The location of Le Passoceans is phenomenal. On the corner, our room on the first floor, it looked up one touristy and interesting road, and down another. It was close to the centre of town, a mere minute walk. Close to all the restaurants, the shops and the marvellous Vieux Bassin and La Lieutenance.
The room itself was very large, plenty of space for bags, and air. There are plenty of windows to open and sit at. The kitchen and bathroom are separate from the main bed and living area, so a person does not disturb the other.
The shower was good and big.
Instructions for entry to the locked gate, the locked door, were easy to understand, with pictures.
Gorgeous wallpaper in the foyer.
We absolutely loved the place, but there were problems that spoilt it for us.
1. the big one. The air condition was not working for a long time, and it seems, no one had bothered testing it prior to our stay. Something was badly wrong, a timer? Without manuals ACs can be hard to work! It should be checked every session. When I asked girl said 'there is a remote control' (duh!) and a circuit breaker. Great, thanks.
2. There was no black tea. A normal staple in the 'coffee and tea' spot, especially when Honfleur is full of British People, (I'm not british, I just like normal black tea) it was not supplied.
3. Worse, the Espresso coffee machine had no pressure, and we couldn't make coffee. I messaged the staff. The girl didn't want to know. She suggested that 'previous guests had not told her it wasn't working', and basically didn't believe me. Nothing was done. Even though their office is mere metres away, no one brought a replacement, or even came to check it. Obviously some previous guest broke it and didn't volunteer the information. These things should be checked.
4. The bathroom tap was broken.
5. It was pretty hard to get luggage up the stairs, this is normal for heritage French buildings, but be aware.
6.For a room that looked so pretty in the picture, (love the colour), it had the worst interior decorating! Creepy rabbit statues with top hats and ruffles, bedside lamps that were geese with a lamp over their heads. And bad pictures of unknown people.
7.The lighting was way too low at night.
8. The lounge chairs were mismatched (didn't care) but one was a childs chair, so low, and so small.
9.There was ZERO in English on TV. Surprising, knowing so many English there.
10.The room is quite noisy, with deliveries from the road only 1 level below.
11. Staff reluctant to get involved or to help WHILE you are there.
