The Bala House

Good location The house had enough space for 6 of us The kitchen had everything you needed and was clean Beds were really comfortable and clean Good WiFi connection Good parking on the church

The house needs some tlc regarding the paintwork throughout the house The downstairs shower was broken The carpet was loose on the 2nd floor stairs There is a secure outdoor courtyard however again needs some tlc a little table and chair would be nice in the summer to sit outside

This cottage is a gem in the heart of Bala. It has so much character and also all the facilities you could ever need on your stay. We didn't use the washing machine, dryer or dishwasher but they are all there if needed. The kitchen is well equipped and we loved the big table for evening jigsaw fun. Thank you for letting us enjoy this wonderful home in Bala, it is very special in so many ways.

Really central for nipping into town with private parking for our motorbikes tucked around the side

Leaking shower, property not overly clean, dirty throws on the sofa. No internet code sent onto us, Key code was incorrect delaying entrance to the property.
