Saint-Pol family house garden fully equipped 12 people

Lovely position overlooking the fields but a short walk into town and to the supermarket. St Pol is a great town with places to eat and drink. Nice big table for 12 people to sit around. The bedrooms were comfortable and spacious.

We had a couple of little niggles which the concierge was quick to sort out for us. As we come from the U.K. we are used to bed linen, towels and cleaning being included in the price and although the house was very reasonably priced we then had to pay €310 for the extras which seemed excessive! Personally I’d prefer it was just included from the outset - but I appreciate that’s not how it works in most French properties. We were on bicycles and simply couldn’t bring our own.

Great location, level walk into St Pol and easy access to main road, but set off from main routes surrounded by fields. Excellent range of kitchen and laundry equipment and utensils, plus two fridges. Bathrooms on two floors. Brilliant support and information from the owner via email and WhatsApp. enclosed garden with plenty of parking as well as grassed area safe for children.
