The appartment is perfectly located in a quiet street right next to the Défense. It is very well equipped and there is everything you need for breakfast (even single portions of Nutella!). The check-in information provided by the owner was very clear and he was very responsive. I really liked the rainforest shower.
A small desk to work at and a bedlamp are not absolutely essential but would be nice.

La situation géographique pour aller travailler à La Défense (15 minutes à pied).
Le suivi mail et/ou SMS avec le propriétaire des lieux.
L'équipement ménager (machine à laver, sèche-cheveux, mini-frigo, four, etc.), bien que je n'en ai pas eu besoin.
Avec une note initiale de 9,5 sur 10, j'espérais vraiment Le TOP...
...La déception est venue de l'insonorisation défaillante (réveil obligatoire dès 6h30 du matin !), juste au dessus de l'entrée d'une école primaire, l'absence de climatisation, l'inexistence d'étagère et/ou de rangement disponible, et enfin la literie ...qui se résume à un canapé-lit dont la fraicheur des draps et oreillers m'a laissé à vrai dire quelque peu sceptique...
