One of the better hotels in the area and specifically in this hotel/apartment building, one of the best. Very clean, easy to enter, close to everything you need (several groceries around, laundry both in building and close by, pharmacy on the corner, (paid) parking in the garage).
Sound insulation with neighbors is very limited (but this is true of the whole place, not just this apartment). If you want to be in paris central, obviously this is not the place for you. Other than that, it is a solid choice!

Having stayed at the Adagio Parc hotel many times as it's close to my work. This is by far one of the better apartments I've been in. It's clean, it's new, it's fresh, and generally comfortable. It's quiet due to it's location in the building.
I only have two small things.
The first is not unusual for stays in Paris, the pillows were way too high for my neck. Made it a bit uncomfortable to sleep.
The other is the cutlery (knifes, forks, etc). Nice looking but a bit impractical if you want to actually use them.

Emplacement idéal pour nous. Bonne literie. Baignoire à remous. Jolie terrasse. Déco agréable.
La difficulté pour récupérer les clés et pour contacter le propriétaire. Il manque des équipements ( pas d'assiette à dessert,1 petite cuillère...)
