The hotel's location is excellent. From your spacious room, you can see the entire surrounding area: hot air balloons from Göreme, Aktepe Hill and the Uchisar Tower, Tiraz Castle, and the Erciyes Volcano. Pigeon Valley is right at your feet. The manager was very friendly and helped with parking. I think his name was Samet.
The step in the room on the way to the bathroom can be dangerous in the dark. I would prefer an extra seating area instead of a jacuzzi.

Great location and lovely staff who helped organise transfers from and to the airport. They also booked the air balloon flight for us. Will definitely recommend them

Bij aankomst was er storing bij de waterleiding waardoor we een uur moest wachten voor wc en douche. Dekbed was niet goed genoeg schoon en ons kamer hadden we geen kast om onze kleding op te hangen. Ontbijt was goed en personeel behulpzaam.
