I booked this hotel based on its very high rating and five-star claim, but the experience was deeply disappointing. Despite paying for a king-size room, we were given one of the worst rooms in the hotel—under a terrace with constant noise, making sleep impossible. The room was cold, the underfloor heating was ineffective, and basic amenities such as a toothbrush were missing.
The staff repeatedly offered wine instead of addressing the actual problems. Although another room was offered the next day, it was still cold with no real improvement. I paid for two nights but had to leave early due to the conditions. This level of service is unacceptable for a five-star hotel and does not reflect the rating shown on the platform.
