Location for walking was excellent, out in wild windy wet weather for my stay returning to a warm cosy colourful space.
Secure parking at the back of the accommodation and a very quiet area.

The location was great for us, as a couple. The accommodation was set off the main road, behind another house, so was quiet, not overlooked and undisturbed. Parking was immediately outside. The property and location felt safe and secure.
There was a direct bus route to/from Brighton just on the main coastal road near the accommodation. There are lots of walking opportunities too - we walked into Brighton (6ish miles) along cliff and coastal paths, and also from the door out into countryside behind and onto the South Downs.
Our hosts were friendly and welcoming and gave us all information needed. The accommodation was warm and comfortable and felt both spacious and cozy. The attention to decor, furnishings and features made it feel homely and a nice space to be in.
The only issue for us was that the hot water flow of the shower was fairly weak and not massively hot, but it didn't spoil our time.

The studio apartment itself is lovely, spacious and the hosts offer all the wifi codes etc.
At other guest houses i’ve been to they offer towels (or at least place them on the bed), have hand towels, have a tea/coffee station nicely laid out, offer fruit or basic snack foods etc. It’s all small points but guests will need to bring everything with them if they stay and these little touches will just add to the experience to make it 10/10.
