Very clean and modern apartment. Convenient location for Dartmouth with off-road parking.
Quite a steep walk back from Dartmouth but we are keen walkers so did not inconvenience too much.

Very clean
And spacious.
Had trouble with the front door lock. Door wasn’t fitted properly, was worried we wouldn’t be able to get back after going out for the day. Had to get emergency number from where we picked up the key.
Also felt it was deceiving as to the proximity of the town.
Also toilet seat kept sliding off and no handrail for the bath:
Noticed in visitor book, these complaints had been made previously but not been rectified.
The flat was up for sale so I suppose owner was not bothered.
