I liked the property as it is semi detached and a bit away from other neighbor.There is garage which is empty and also it is great the sizes of the lounge , bedrooms and also the kitchen. They are equipped with kitchen utensils and also the heating of the house was good when you adjusted the temperature. They also provided a complimentary tea,coffee,sugar, salt and condiments when we arrived. The bedrooms had a very clean bedsheets and they provided also extra a clean bedsheet, pillowcase, duvet cover , towels, bathroom mat and hanger.
We don't like the location very annoying the road to come in as it is very narrow road and lots of car parked outside the road and very confusing the road if your not using google map or sat nav in the car as it is a maze the road in going to the property. At night we can heard a big roar of a train passed by when your awaked. It is not good weather in February as it is rainy and the carpet was a bit dirty as the carpet color is not dark, it is cream color. The windows and door are not double glazing and it is cold inside when we are not adjusting the heating. There is moisture in the window early morning when you opened the blinds. The ceilings in both bedrooms is having a leaked of water dripping in the carpet and I reportedly call the number of the emergency to informed them what is happening but the owner was very good in accommodating us to booked another hotel for one night to stay as there was no hot water for two days as it was not yet mended . We appreciated the owner that she do her best to sort out the problem. The television was not use as there is no other program aside from the satellite program in the television but it is okay as we are always going out. One of the drawer in the kitchen was broken when you open and we didn't use. There is also one chipping small plate Denby when we discover but it was alright the cooking area.

The location is very good, not far from the centre. The neighbourhood is nice and quiet.
The beds are comfortable.
The house has a bad odour, especially the living room.The carpet is dirty carpet, and the baking trays for the oven were also dirty.
The water pressure in the shower is quite low.

The house was lovely. We never met the owners but the key box on side of the house was straightforward. We arrived early evening on a cold November day, the house was lovely and warm -much appreciated.
Very clean, ample space for 3 or 4 people, 2 large comfortable sofas in living room, comfortable double beds in both bedrooms. Good bathroom. Separate kitchen / dining room overlooking garden which would be nice to sit in when warmer weather. Everything you could want / need in kitchen, even a washing machine.
Easy parking - space on drive and some on the road also. Convenient for walking into town -0.8 mile to railway station, overall flat walk. Woods nearby. Lots to see and do in the area, we wished we were staying for more than just the weekend.
We appreciated the Scrabble!
There was only one thing we can make a negative comment about - the absence of guest soap / hand wash. A strange omission. Next time we'll just bring our own!
