For a successful vacation in Sanary, Le Temps Des Vacances is pleased to offer you this pleasant two-bedroom apartment with two terraces. A truly peaceful rental in a wooded and flowery setting, while being close to the port, beaches, shops, and activities. The rental is located 500m from the sea and Portissol beach and 1200m from the town. The rental is composed as follows: you enter and access the living room, composed of the living / dining room with direct access to a first terrace under a pergola, on which you can have your meals or enjoy a moment of calm in the shade of the large umbrella pines. A very well-equipped open-plan kitchen is fitted out in the living room. For the sleeping area, you will find two master suites, each with a dressing room, and each with its own bathroom and toilet. Regarding the exterior, you have a first pleasant terrace with 1 table, 5 chairs, and an electric barbecue. You will find a second terrace of approximately 60m² equipped with a table and chairs, as well as two deckchairs. This is the ideal rental for a family, couples of friends, a couple with or without children, or even retirees, wishing to discover the region, without having to touch their vehicles during the holidays. A pleasant and clean rental where the sun, the beach and a dose of relaxation will make your vacation in Sanary, pleasant memories. We ask for a deposit of 25%. The balance payment is due 1 month before entering the premises and at the latest 2 weeks before your arrival, except in the case of last-minute bookings. Tourist tax is due to the owner for each tenant over 18 years old. The amount is the one specified by the tourist office. Final cleaning is included in the price. For more comfort, you have the option to have sheets and towels for 25 euros per single bed and 35 euros per double bed. All arrivals on Sundays and public holidays will be charged an additional 100 euros. Arrivals on weekdays after 6 p.m. will also be charged an additional fee. We require a deposit to be paid to us upon arrival by check or cash. It will not be cashed and will be returned on the day of departure if everything is in order. A contract containing your information, that of the agency, and the rented property will be sent to you and must be returned to us signed. A certificate of holiday insurance or civil liability will be required. No rental will be finalized without these documents.
