Emplacement idéal en hypercentre. Logement bien équipé et propre, correspondant à l'attendu. Bonne literie, à l'exception des oreillers avachis.
Etat de propreté de la cour extérieure d'entrée. Porte d'entrée de l'immeuble (N°8 là où se trouvent les boîtiers de clés) ouverte sans serrure sur la cour, rendant les escaliers intérieurs accessibles à tout le monde. Présence d'un bar à proximité avec ses nuisances sonores.

L'isolation sonore avec le logement à côté n'est pas suffisante .. On entendait tout

Appartement très bien placé, pratiquement en centre ville. La literie est très confortable et la chambre assez spacieuse. l'accès au logement est pratique et sécurisé.
Dommage que la rue soit bruyante, le soir, à cause de la clientèle du café qui fume et consomme sur le trottoir. Mais en journée, c'est très calme et agréable.
