L'hôte est très réactif lorsqu'on le contact. Le logement est calme.
Le micro-onde se trouve légèrement haut et donc peu pratique pour les personnes petites. La mise en place d'un petit aspirateur serait plus approprié même si la chambre n'est pas grande.

Le calme et la proximité car la famille réside non loin. Nul besoin de tous les aménagements, juste dormir, se laver, petit déjeuner et se pauser après les activités et sorties en famille.
La douche est peu adaptée pour les grands et les forts mais cela n'a pas plus poser de problème. Une vraie petite table que l'on peut bouger serait apprécié pour le confort quand on mange mieux installés avec les chaises en regardant la télé. Une information sur le fonctionnement du chauffage et la télé serait également bienvenue. Attention aux voisins du dessus, s'ils sont bruyants car plancher fin, on entends les déplacements.

Studio très propre et accueillant. Très bon couchage ( matelas ferme). Pas de vis-à-vis. Quartier calme. Entrée et sortie en autonomie. Propriétaire sympathique, à l'écoute et prêt à satisfaire les demandes.
L'insonorisation moyenne par rapport aux autres appartements.

La chambre n’est pas de toute fraîcheur, radiateur cassé, télécommande télé avec du scotch, douche qui a fait son temps !!! Frigo propre mais pas stable !
