I enjoyed the apartment beautifully furnished nice environment, nice location.
There was a fair amount of dust and spiderwebs, seen a good few creepy crawlys. Luckily my husband was there to remove the huge spider from the bathroom. Baking tray in oven was dirty unfortunately. No shower gel or toothpaste but shampoo and conditioner provided. Just needs a bit more consistency but overall a great stay would return especially if these little issues were fixed. Also requested a later check which was sorted with no issues fab customer service, but the cleaner still arrived at the same time and she was quite annoyed at the lack of communication she also didn’t believe me when I explained the situation and called the apartment owner also asked if she could ‘just sit in’ but I was going in the shower and the sent comfortable with a stranger being in the house at the same time respectfully. Assuming this was a lack of communication between owner and cleaner. Then had to rush to leave as she kept saying she was on a tight schedule. Again these seem to be a one off issue so I cannot allow it to affect my score. 8.7/10
