Flint Cottage is a beautifully presented holiday home in the highly sought-after village of Stiffkey, offering an exceptional standard of accommodation in a truly idyllic coastal setting. Perfect for families or friends holidaying together, the cottage combines comfort, style and a fantastic location close to some of North Norfolk's most loved attractions.
Just moments from the Norfolk Coastal Path, the village is home to a popular foodie pub and the well-known Stiffkey Stores, where you can enjoy coffee and homemade cake in the sheltered courtyard. A short drive along the coast brings you to the vast sandy beaches of Holkham and Wells-next-the-Sea, while nearby Morston Quay offers memorable seal trips out to Blakeney Point.
The cottage itself benefits from a gravel driveway providing private parking and a delightful rear garden arranged in two sections. The main enclosed garden is beautifully planted with mature shrubs and flowers, offering several sunny spots for relaxing or dining al fresco. Beyond a secure gate, a further garden area sits on the banks of the River Stiffkey, with open countryside views beyond.

Stiffkey is an ideal location to explore the North Norfolk coast though preferably outside summer school holidays as the road gets very congested.
Flint cottage is a great location as offers 2 parking spaces, easy walk to the store, pub and onto the marshes. The cottage easily accommodates 4 adults with the garden going down to the River Stiffkey where you can sit and watch the wildlife with kingfishers on the river and hares and barn owls in the fields opposite

The cottage is amazing and our autistic son loved the place however the owners are far too involved when it comes to heating even though the price for a week is extortionate! We stayed here 3 times playing good money all together and my partner suffers from a medical condition making her feel more cold. The owners weren’t happy the hearing controls were adjusted so I’d stay far away especially with the prices you have to pay.
