About this house rental

The Manse, approached via metal gates, is a charming Grade II listed traditional detached cottage situated in the popular village of South Creake. Just a few minutes drive south of Burnham Market, and ten minutes from the coast at Brancaster or Wells, it is well positioned to explore all of the North Norfolk coast and surrounding countryside. A much loved second home, The Manse provides spacious accommodation for up to six people, with a fully enclosed garden and high quality furnishings throughout. The living space downstairs includes a contemporary kitchen with breakfast bar, separate utility room, dining room and comfortable sitting room. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom with an en suite to the master bedroom and a family bathroom. To access bedroom 3 you go through bedroom 2. There is a lawned garden to the front of the cottage and garden furniture for six people. The whole garden area is walled and fully enclosed. There is a pretty chapel facing in to the grounds of the cottage, which is independently owned by the Yorke Trust and has a separate access outwith the grounds of The Manse. The chapel is used periodically for classical music concerts or teaching, however this is very infrequent and takes place without disturbance to The Manse.

Gorgeous cottage in the countryside, clean spacious & everything you need for the perfect stay! Kitchen well equipped, ideally situated for Wells next the sea, & Cromer if you want to go further afield! & all the other beautiful places in-between! Would definitely go again.

Our family, mum, dad and two kids aged 7 and 6 had a memorable week in this beautifully set out property. It had everything we needed and our host was welcoming and quick to respond to any questions.
