The villa was clean, comfortable, and cozy and had everything you could need for a week holiday at a reasonable price.

Over all we were happy with the villa however we arrived around midnight and would have appreciated a basic welcome pack even if we had to pay a small surcharge.
The Wi-Fi was not working on our arrival, we also couldn’t find an information pack with Wi-Fi password. The next morning we had to speak with a neighbour who gave us a phone number which we believe was for the owner.
As we were staying over 7 days we thought a linen and towel change would have occurred.
We were a party of 4 adults with one set of keys, we did ask for a second set however we were informed this was not possible.

Villa Exclusive Paradise 1 was spotless, modern, and roomy, with everything you could need for a pleasant vacation. The pool area was so lovely. A walk by the river takes you into town with bars and restaurants along the way. Everyone in Dalyan was extremely helpful and friendly, giving us directions and recommendations for places to visit. Thank you to the owner and his family for welcoming us. Do not hesitate to book this villa for your next holiday as we had the best holiday ever!
