Partially renewed apartment with a good location near the old town.
Ice maker in the fridge was great during hot summer days!
You could not open the blinds in one of the bedrooms- they were broken and the balcony was kind of run down.
The parking around the block is free, however, you will have to find a free spot if you are lucky.

Large apartment very near to the old city centre
Lacking in amenities. No hot water in the kitchen. Floors of the various pieces not at the same level, so constantly risk of tripping. Ugly apartment building . (Free) on-street parking, so no guaranteed parking place and parking is difficult in the area. Clean, but nevertheless grotty. No personal contact with the hosts.
