Great location. Great views. Good selection of food . Nice pool, sauna and steam room. Nice to be able to walk along the sea front after dinner
Miserable staff on both bars, one grumpy restaurant supervisor, small glasses for all inclusive drinks. Got told off for taking a couple of pieces of fruit with us to have for lunch while we were out for the day and missing our 'all inclusive' lunch. Pool attendant folding down and taking your umbrella away while you're still sat under it.

Really amazing hotel! 2 minutes from the sea, good own pool with finnish sauna and steam room. Very cosy room with balcony good air conditioner and view at the sea, new towels and cleaning every day. Friendly helpful staff, delicious food and drinks, playground for children
Everything was perfect, the only thing to improve is to prohibit smoking at the dining area

Nothing!
This so-called all-inclusive hotel does not trust its guests and provides a very underwhelming experience. Upon check-in, they attempted to keep our passports for the duration of our stay, claiming they needed them to register with the government. I suggested they take a copy instead, but they said their copier wasn’t working. Eventually, they just wrote down our passport details and returned them — clearly unnecessary stress right at the start.
Next, we asked for towels and were told we had to leave a €20 deposit per towel, which is just ridiculous. We stayed for two days and requested room cleaning, but despite asking multiple times — both at reception and directly from the cleaners — no one ever cleaned the room.
Breakfast ends at 9:15 AM, which is far too early for guests who are there to relax. The food is the same every day and is very basic in both variety and taste. The drinks are of very low quality, and the cocktails are honestly terrible — not worth trying.
Overall, this place is far from a proper all-inclusive experience. You’re better off booking a regular hotel and enjoying your meals and drinks elsewhere. Definitely wouldn’t return.
