It is an apartment so it has no breakfast. You will need to make your own food or eat out.
There is AC in each room so you won't feel hot after a sunny day at the beach.
The kitchen is fully equipped with almost everything you need.
The view from the balcony is to the sea but given the distance, you can see only a part of it.
Only one room is oriented to the sun in the morning and the rest in the afternoon.
There are though shutters at every window to keep the warmth outside.
There is a washing machine at the location so you will need to wash your clothes and also the lingerie, depending on how many days you will stay.
Communication with the host was pretty decent and they answered all our questions.
There is a small bakery next to the apartment where you can eat a good portocalopita as well as some other traditional deserts and coffee.
The beds are not the best and they creek at every move you make but the mattress is comfortable.
The vent in the bathroom can be cleaned at least once a month.
We missed some cereal bowls and also something to pour the soup with....
We didn't quite liked the fact that when we asked for more toilet paper and some trash bags, we were routed to the nearest store.

Super schönes Apartment, Küche war ausgestattet inkl. Kaffeemaschine, wir haben einfach Kaffeekapseln gekauft. Wir waren schon mal in Nikiti in der selben gasse uns stören die Autos nicht..
Es war zwar sauber aber man merkt das unter dem Bett kaum gewischt oder gesaugt worden ist.. da wurde schnell oberflächlich nur geputzt.

Obiekt doskonale wyposażony we wszystkie przedmioty potrzebne do tygodniowego pobytu. Dobra lokalizacja z której łatwo dostać się autem w różne miejsca półwyspu w celach rekreacyjnych. Mimo późnego przylotu i dojazdu na kwaterę klucze dostarczył mam osobiście właściciel , bardzo miła osoba.
