Very beautiful and convenient house. It is quiet despite it is in front of the main street. Beach is 2 min by walk. Glad to find there is a washing machine, should be announced, I think.
Would be nice to have somе bath shelves and shower stand. Also dish dryer rack.

The house has two comfortable rooms. Has a kitchen with all necessary appliances. Nice outdoor table with chairs. It is close to the shops and the beach. You don't need a car to go out to lunch or dinner. It was not too hot even without air-conditioning. The House looks nice and the aesthetics outside is nicely done. It is very private.
The most important thing that we didn't like and that we still have problems with is the mold smell in the house. We didn't see it but there was that persistent smell. The hardest smell was in low cabinets in the kitchen. Our child got bronchitis and she is still not ok. The bathroom was ok but after a shower water gets stuck in the middle of the bathroom. Drainage slop needs to be fixed. There was no kitchen cloth.
