Cannot recommend this villa highly enough. All 7 guests throughly impressed. The photos really don't do it justice. Bedrooms spacious with good aircon. Loved the sunken lounge. The pool is large with interesting agricultural views. Bird life during the day, bats and frogs in the evening. Lovely team of staff run by Ayu who made any arrangements we requested very promptly. We had breakfast cooked for us every day and the Balinese BBQ as a birthday celebration one night. Chefs excellent and friendly. Massages and facials also arranged for us and were excellent. Gojek taxis into Ubud around $5.00 Aus but you can get almost anything just delivered to the villa. Barely any reason to leave:)

easy to get a grab taxi into town or get food delivered. nice view of the rice paddies. pool was good.
The main building either needs air-conditioning, or, flyscreens on the doors, because as it was warm at night, you couldn't leave the doors open because of the mosquitos and bugs.

Our stay at the villa was amazing! It looked exactly like the photos, was very comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great stay. Would definitely recommend!
a little bit out of Ubud centre & living room had no aircon.
