About this apartment rental

Immersed in the greenery and in the frame of the Torre del Cerrano Marine Protected Area, the villa I Giardini di Filippi is an exclusive residence. It is located in a complex of terraced houses, at number 11 of Via Svizzera, entering through the pedestrian gate, the villa is the first from the left, with entrance on the mezzanine floor. This residence is the ideal solution for families who love large spaces and comfort, it offers its guests proximity to the sea with the tranquility of a private space. The outdoor patio, which overlooks the private garden, is equipped with a table, chairs and a wicker seating set, to enjoy the time outdoors. The entrance leads to the large, finely furnished living room which features a two-seater sofa, equipped with a reserved area with kitchenette with induction hob. The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom, a bathroom with tub, and a second bedroom with two single beds and two pull-out beds. The bedroom leads to the balcony, connected to the kitchenette exit, where the laundry area with washing machine and sink is located. Walking for about 300 meters, the golden sandy beach awaits you, in the clearest sea point of our coast. Thanks to its location less than 1 km from the center, however easily reachable thanks to the cycle path that runs alongside the historic pine forest, it is the ideal solution to enjoy a holiday in total relaxation and to give you greater comfort, upon arrival you will find the first supply of bed linen and towels included in the price.
