About this apartment rental
Lodging two and a half rooms plus toilets, with a very well equipped and equipped modular kitchen. Panoramic, very ventilated and cool, as it is sheltered from the direct midday sun, with an independent entrance directly from the outside. It has an area of approx. 60 sqm. with 6 beds (2 + 2 + 2): 2 people in a large double bedroom + 2 persons in a bunk bed in the same bedroom + 2 persons in the living room / kitchen on double sofa bed (L. 180 cm. ). Outside (au dehors): 30 sqm. of portico and 100 square meters. garden of relevance, bordered and in exclusive use, with direct sea view, equipped for relaxation and consumption of meals and drinks and for outdoor living (outdoor life). The apartment is excellent for large families with small children or teenagers, great for those with older children or anyway with more than two adults, good for groups of four or more adults. But it is also in great demand by families composed of small groups and couples who want more space, both inside and outside the home.

It is therefore an extraordinary place of relaxation, a comfortable and relaxing environment, an oasis of peace and tranquility, far from the noise and chaos typical of the summer sea areas. For all this it is particularly appreciated by families with children ("Pediatric" Green Flag year 2019 for cities with child-friendly beaches) and by the elderly, or for holidays with animals (small dogs); but also by young people and by couples or groups of friends who seek relaxation after intense evenings and nights spent in the places of the festive and always lively local "movida".

This is a lovely apartment that is private, roomy, clean, and nicely set up. The A/C works well, and the location is convenient to both Tortoreto Alto and Tortoreto Lido. In fact, the location is a good central base for visiting all the towns in eastern Teramo province, and not bad for getting to some of the western towns as well. It has a nice kitchen/dining area, spacious master bedroom and smaller 2nd bedroom. There is a quiet yard and patio with sea view to relax with a glass of wine after a hard day. Daniele is a charming host who provides excellent service and guidance. His daughter speaks English and translates in case you don't speak any Italian. For some reason, Waze and Google Maps couldn't find the street that the property is on, but Daniele drove to where we were and guided us to the property.

Wir (2 Personen) hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für den Urlaub braucht. Es gibt einen gut funktionierenden Elektroherd mit Backröhre, einen Mikrowellenherd und auch eine Waschmaschine. Wlan funktioniert einwandfrei. TV ist auch vorhanden,
man kann aber keine deutschen Programme empfangen, das haben wir aber nicht vermisst. Das Schönste an diesem Appartment ist, dass man gemütlich draußen sitzen kann und die herrliche Aussicht auf Tortoreto Lido und das Meer genießen kann. Signore Daniele und seine Tochter (die übrigens sehr gut Deutsch spricht) waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Am Anfang des Urlaubs standen für uns im Kühlschrank sogar eine Flasche Wasser und eine Flasche Weißwein - dafür nochmals vielen Dank.
Trotz Corona war es für uns ein toller Urlaub

Alles war gut! Waren mit 5 Personen in dem 6 Personen Appartment. Alles war sauber und von der Ausstattung gut. Das Haus ist ideal für Ruhe suchende, weil es abseits von dem Rummel am Strand und der Hauptstraße, an einem Hang mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht aufs Meer liegt. Ca. 2-3 km entfernt sind Lidl und einheimische Discounter (Conad und Eurospin) zum Einkaufen. WLAN ist sehr gut und gratis. Leider keine deutsche TV Sender, aber wir haben es nicht vermisst. Danielle und seine Frau waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein wenig Italienisch Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil, aber es geht auch so. Grazie Danielle. Ciao!
