The villa is nice, clean and comfortable. Rooms are bright, well furnished. The view from the windows is stunning! Big private territory with vineyards and olive trees. Enough space for three families to be together and have some privacy. Kitchen is well-equipped. The design is not super-modern, but is classic and comfortable. It was great to travel to nearby vineries and visit Tuscany. The stuff was helpful and nice.

We had a problem: air-conditioning is very bad. The host is holding the remote controls in the closed room, so no way to adjust the temperature. They are veeeeery old and veeeery noisy. So I’d say, we rented this villa because of air-conditioning, and we didn’t have it in the end. Some nights were too hot in summer, so we could barely sleep🙁. I wouldn’t recommend it if you come to the seaside as it’s quite far from the beaches, the closest is 30-35 mins by car, good ones are 40-45 mins.

Spazi ampissimi, tutto molto ordinato e pulito; casa fornita di tutto ciò di cui si può aver bisogno, in particolare in cucina. Spazio esterno curato e perfetto per rilassarsi e stare insieme in gruppo, anche meglio di quanto ci immaginassimo.

The host is very responsive. Answered all our questions. The property description was accurate and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and we'd love to come back sometime. The only thing that you should know about the place to make sure you know what you are getting is that it relatively remote - supermarkets, restaurants are 20-30 minutes away and most attractions 40-50 minutes away (except a couple of villages/towns). If you are looking for a remote, very quite place to relax in, that's the place for you (at least 10 bird species can be heard in the morning from the window, before you even get out of bed; more when you take a walk around the vineyard outside the villa). If you like nature, and want to get away from it all - that's the place for you. My sister found the own calls at night too much and had to use ear plugs. Expect much of the driving in the area to be on smaller country roads (provincial roads), some better maintained than others. There's plenty of space in the villa, a huge lawn - great for kids - and grounds including a vineyard and an small olive grove. Our only regret is that we didn't spend more time at the villa and a little less time driving. Overall excellent/exceptional if you are looking to get away from it all, but if you require easy access to shops and expect roads with wide lanes, then you need to do your homework first - you may be looking for something else. PS, We also took the grand parents with us on this trip and managed to ensure we get a relatively accessible room with an accessible shower for them. Note however, there's no bedroom on the ground level. Grandparents ended up in the room in the first level (a few stairs), but managed well. We contacted the host in advance to ensure we can meet their needs and everything was as described.
