The location is beautiful!
The apartment was very nice, but not big enough for 5 people. Breakfast could be better (e.g. eggs were cold). We had dinner in the restaurant. It was quite expensive, but not that tasty and plentiful.

The outside area was really big and nice. A pleasure to walk around. The location is near Grosseto which is also a beautifull city to visit.
In one week they never cleaned the room (they only changed the towels and made the bed) There were ants in the kitchenette and it was raining in the hall. The playground for the kids was not like in the pictures, basically there was not a playground, it was just a swing.
