Pros: Mooi appartement met veel ramen en hoge plafonds, fijn terrasje in redelijk besloten tuin en op loopafstand van gezellig stadscentrum en het Gardameer.
Cons: Centrale ligging, maar daardoor wel dicht aan doorgaande weg met bijbehorend verkeerslawaai.
