Location, view and overall building quality was great.
WiFi very poor (not usable in bedrooms and video calls not able anywhere in apartment), en-suite bathroom shower not useable due to flooding of bathroom each use and lack of cleanliness of dryer (had to do a deep clean to be able to use to get anything dry).

the view and the location. cleanness.
Because of the high price we paid (close to 600 euro per day) we were expecting luxurious vacation. However, we were somewhat disappointed. What is supplied is rather minimal. We had to go to buy kleenex and coffee mugs (the tea cup in the kitchen is so small only for one or two swallows). Kitchen is stocked minimally. No instruction for using oven/microwave. Carpet next to bed is very slippery and can be dangerous for elderly and disabled persons.
The bathrooms have problems. They are poorly designed and water does not drain well. The first time I took a shower the entire bathroom was flooded. My wife had to clean the bath room every time after we take shower. She was pretty disgusted and said this is not her idea of a “luxurious vacation”.
The apartment we stayed in Austria (Bad Gastein) has a much better stocked kitchen, even though the price is one fourth of this place. We felt this apartment was much more luxurious and we felt a warm welcome. However, other than the view and the location we felt this Dreamview Apartment is not luxurious and felt rather cold (minimal) welcome and no care. In addition, we couldn’t use the front balcony due to so much street noise from cars. However, when the doors to the apartment are close, you cannot hear any outside noises.
We were excited to be able to stay in the luxurious apartment and relax However we were disappointed.
