The property was very clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. The facilities in the property was great. Great hosts and super level of communication throughout the stay. Prime location in centre of Copenhagen.
The only thing to mention is at the weekend the music from the bars below is loud. Suggest a pair of earplugs for a good nights sleep. :). The rest of the nights it was not a problem.

Very good accomodation. 5 rooms> excellent kitchen facilities Very good dining room area and living room area.
2 of the rooms were affected by very loud noise coming from disco? below. It affected sleep. The occupant of one of the rooms moved into another room.

The flat was extremely well located especially as we made plan to visit Tivoli and use the train station. It is surrounded by excellent restaraunts and cafes. walkable to all of the sites in the city centre. very comfortable and the kitchen is very well equiped.
It was very noisy in the evening with loud music and beats coming from the nearby square with PRIDE going on. We are luckily okay with noise but if you need silence to sleep then it might be a problem. Also a minor point: the shower area floods over and need a lot of towels on the floor to contain the water.

Location. Short walk to Train Station and Tivoli Gardens. Lot's of restaurants in walking distance, as well.
Large apartment.
Beds were VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. It is FALSELY ADVERTISED as having Queen Beds in 4 of 5 rooms, but each one is two singles pushed together. Not sure how Booking.com allows this to continue despite the reviews. All the mattresses were spongy with no support at all. Woke up with back and hip aches every morning.
POOR DRAINAGE causes showers to soak the whole bathroom floor and the bathrooms are pretty large. Mentioned it to our host and he acted surprised, even though this issue has appeared in a number of reviews since 2022.
